After five years away from photography, I picked up a camera again during a trip to Algeria with my wife, returning with her to the country she calls home. We got married in December of 2023 and did the trip the following year with her family. What began as a deeply personal journey also reignited my love for photography. From the Mediterranean coastline to the streets, architecture, landscapes, and everyday life, this collection captures my first impressions of a country that quickly became my favorite destination I’ve ever traveled to.
During our journey we traveled to 3 major cities in Algeria. Algiers, Oran and Tlemcen (her home city where she was born). This album showcases our first stop in Algiers, the capital of Algeria!
